Tips & Tricks:
You can make your own oat flour to use in baking by grinding rolled oats in a blender or food preocessor. 1 1/4 cups of rolled oats will produce 1 cup of oat flour.
Cooking Tips:
Use to replace up to one quarter of the flour in breads and cookies. Adding oat flour to cookie doughs makes the cookies mooister and thicker.
