If you have a food processor it's better making your own LSA ( ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds) but you can buy it ready made from health food stores. This recipe is a favourite served with fresh fruit salad and natural yoghurt. For an extra cleanse and boost of Omega 3 fatty acids drizzle a tablespoon of flax seed oil over the top and combine well.
Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Use about 4 dessertspoons per serve and add fresh fruit and natural yoghurt. For an added cleansing effect, put 1 tablespoon of flaxseed (linseed) oil on top.
